Casa Sanchez was established in 1989 under the name of Pancho’s Place and has become one of the oldest Mexican restaurants in Prescott. In 2002 Alejandro Garcia acquired the restaurant from his uncle, and by 2003 he changed its name to what is currently known as Casa Sanchez.
Since, Alejandro has made it his goal to nourish and bring forward authentic flavors and traditions to every dish influenced by his hometown from the state of Jalisco, Mexico.
In November 2023, Casa Sanchez faced an overall building remodel from the outside to the inside with the vision of elevating their guests’ experience to a new level. Aiming to immerse them straight into Mexico, they have imported all their art pieces, booths and tables directly from Jalisco.
Garcia is and will continue to commit to improving his guests’ experience.
The restaurant has gained a loyal following thanks to its attention to detail and commitment to providing the best Mexican cuisine in the area. Whether it’s a casual family dinner or a special celebration, Casa Sanchez continues to be a place where guests feel at home while enjoying authentic dishes that highlight the rich culture and heritage of Mexico.
