The Highlands Center and Leah Ross from Superstition Meadery invite you to a live presentation, discussion, and tasting of mead in the comfort of your own home. Leah will discuss beekeeping in Arizona, honey terroir, and the mead making process. Before we part for the evening, there will be a discussion and tasting! Discover the differences in honey and fruit combinations, which food’s pair best, and how these meads are uniquely Arizonan. You can order the meads you’d like to taste on the Superstition Meadery website or find them in person. If you have never used Zoom before, we will have a helpline set up from 5-6 PM.
