The Highlands Center and the City of Prescott are presenting the Prescott Plein Air Art Festival, October 1 through October 4. Plein Air artists paint outdoors, capturing the spirit and essence of a landscape by incorporating natural light, color, and movement into their art. Painting locations include Goldwater Lake, Watson Lake, Willow Lake, Lynx Lake, the Granite Dells, Granite Mountain, and Highlands Center.
