Western Heritage Center: Marshall Trimble

April 21 @ 2:00 am

“Trimble’s Tales From the Heart of Arizona: Life and Times in Yavapai County” — Marshall Trimble, Arizona’s state historian and a favorite storyteller, reminisces about growing up in Yavapai County on Route 66 during the 1940s and 1950s when the I-17 was still a dirt road and better known as the Black Canyon Highway. The population of Prescott was 6,764 and folks still traveled on passenger trains pulled by steam locomotives. Climb aboard and enjoy the ride. Tickets are $15 and available at the Western Heritage Center.
