Findlay Subaru Prescott celebrated the impact of Subaru’s annual Share the Love Event that takes place in November and December each year by presenting a total of $41,000 in donations to two local hometown charities during an on-site check presentation at the dealership in April.
Funds raised through customer vehicle purchases and leases during the Share the Love Event were directed to charities selected by customers:
Dogtree Pines Senior Sanctuary received $23,000 to support its mission of providing lifelong sanctuary and medical care to senior dogs.
U.S. Vets – Prescott received $18,000 to assist local veterans with housing, supportive services and stability.
Representatives from both organizations attended the presentation.
“The Subaru Share the Love Event allows our customers to make a positive difference right here in our community,” says Kara Hartman, Marketing Director from Findlay Subaru Prescott. “We are incredibly grateful to everyone who chose a hometown charity and helped support these vital local organizations.”
The Subaru Share the Love Event is a nationwide initiative in which Subaru and its retailers donate a portion of each new vehicle sale or lease to charitable partners. Findlay Subaru Prescott selects hometown charities annually to ensure donations remain in the Quad-Cities area and directly benefit local causes.
Findlay Subaru Prescott is proud to serve the Quad-Cities community and support local organizations.
