Granite Mountain Hotshots Remembrance Event

Founding Fathers Collective held a remembrance event and concert June 30 to honor the 10th anniversary of the loss of the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots who were lost while fighting the Yarnell Hill Fire south of Prescott. Activities like food trucks, beer gardens and inflatable play spaces spilled onto Granite Street downtown and country singer Ryan Weaver delivered a rocking yet poignant set of original songs. All proceeds were donated to the 100 Club of Arizona, whose mission is to “provide immediate financial assistance to families of public safety officers and firefighters who are seriously injured or killed in the line of duty, and provide resources to enhance their safety and welfare.”
