Nestled in the heart of historic downtown Prescott, just two blocks west of the Courthouse Plaza, Park Plaza Liquor and Deli has been a beloved dining destination since its founding in 2007.
Established by Prescott native Trevor Phillips, the restaurant aims to provide quality food and drink at reasonable prices. It has grown significantly over the years while maintaining its dedication to excellence.
The menu at Park Plaza Liquor and Deli is approachable and varied, curated by Executive Chef Rick Garcia. Guests can enjoy a range of casual dining options from appetizers and salads to sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas, burgers and mac and cheese. The restaurant also boasts an impressive selection of beverages, with 26 craft beers on tap, 24 wines by the glass, and an extensive array of canned and bottled beers and wines.
Chef Garcia, who joined the team in 2022, brings a wealth of culinary experience and a passion for food that began in his youth in Santa Fe, New Mexico. His background includes stints at notable establishments such as the Coyote Cafe, Scottsdale’s Avalon and the Hotel Valley Ho. Most recently, he served as the executive sous chef at Hearth ‘61 at Paradise Valley’s Mountain Shadows Resort, showcasing his expertise and dedication to the culinary arts.
