The annual WildLights and Animal Sights event at Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary finishes its holiday run 6-9 p.m., Friday and Saturday, Jan. 2 and 3. The holiday light display opened to the public every Friday and Saturday beginning Nov. 28.
The park is filled with festive holiday decorations, music and magical light displays. Attendees could enjoy holiday concessions like cookies, cocoa and cider.
This holiday season the Sanctuary had two weekends of Holiday Cheers! On the opening weekend of Nov. 28 and 29 plus Dec. 19 and 20, when those 21 and older could enjoy beer, mulled wine and other holiday spirits.
On Dec. 14, Santa brought presents to the animal residents and children had a chance to visit with the jolly fellow.
